In order to deliver, fresh, flavoursome, high-quality dishes, we source all of our ingredients locally and use ingredients that are in season.
We have an allotment of our own, in which we have grown our own, fresh produce to use within our divine dishes inside the restaurant.
Taking care of the allotment is something we enjoy doing together as a family, not to mention it enables you to enjoy fresh and mouthwatering dishes.
Therefore, our menus are ever-changing week by week, depending on what produce we can access at that present time.
We do write our weekly menu on our blackboard within the bar area of the restaurant, which is a great indication of the category of food that we serve.
Our priority is to craft dishes that blow your taste buds away, and we believe using home-grown and locally sourced produce is the best way to do so.
